The best way to get our products is through dealers, as we do not sell directly to the public. Our products are carried by many re-sellers across North America.
Our warranty terms differ depending on the product category (ex. shower, shower kit, door, bathtub, systems). We invite you to look at the Warranty Details page and find the appropriate warranty information for your product.
The serial number is located on the product packaging, the Produits Neptune Installation Questions sheet inside the packaging, or on the Produits Neptune logo label on the product itself.
Unfortunately, the serial number or receipt is absolutely required to process the warranty of a product.
Among the many advantages Acrylic offers over traditional materials such as porcelain and cast-iron, the fact that it is lightweight is the most notable. When it comes to installation and floor load, this is a critical aspect if your bathroom is not on the ground floor.
The high-quality cast acrylic Produits Neptune uses is not only thick, strong and durable, but also keeps your bathwater warm thanks to its heat retaining ability while offering a soft, luxurious feel that is warm to the touch. Because the color pigment is integrated, there's no need to worry about color fading and minor scratches that come with normal use over time will be less apparent. Acrylic resists most cracks and chips, and any that do occur can be easily repaired.
As a non-corrosive and non-porous surface, Acrylic is highly resistant to rust, mold, mildew and staining from minerals in water, crayons and even permanent markers. It is also easy to clean with mild, non-abrasive cleaners including dishwashing soap.
The gloss of the acrylic can sometimes interfere with adhesion. In these situations, we recommend lightly sanding the area to create a rough surface where the silicone will be applied.

We recommend using acrylic latex caulking.
Bathtubs
We recommend testing every colored substance such as bath bombs and essential oils to ensure that it doesn't stain. If it does, a burnishing compound will remove it.
Massage systems, such as air-massage jets and whirlpools, must be installed during the manufacturing process.
Bathtub Systems
We recommend independant electrical circuits for each option (the pump, blower, water heater etc.). Installation should be done by a qualified electrician and must conform to the regulations in your area.
It is normal as the blower will run for approximately 30 seconds for the drying cycle process.
Shower Doors
No. For tiled walls, the type and size of door openings required will differ based on the variations in the wall thickness.
Selecting your shower door before starting any work on your tiled shower will save you time, money, and hassle. Already having your door will allow you to ensure a proper fit in the opening before installing the tile and save you from having to purchase a custom-fitted door to match the opening.
Although both are effective in general, pivot doors are likely to allow some water to drip onto the bathroom floor when they are opened and closed despite improvements in their design. Sliding doors generally resist water spillage. However, pivot doors, which are usually best for larger bathrooms, allow easier user accessibility, unlike sliding doors which are ideal for bathrooms where space is limited.
Caulking should never be applied on the glass along the inside areas of the shower door, but on the outside of the door. Follow the instructions found in the installation manual.
Produits Neptune shower doors can be used in both heated and non-heated areas.
Spec sheets are available for some shower door models; you will find them on the product page in the “Technical Specifications” section.
Glass-cleaning products are available to purchase anywhere. Note that regular cleaning of glass panels with soap and water is needed in order to prevent mineral deposits from accumulating and causing stains.
